We believe that most people can make steps to finding and eventually buying their Dream Home here in Austin with the right preparation. Our focus is very much about taking different steps towards reaching that goal or higher-self, realizing that oftentimes, as humans, we need to be flexible and reevaluate all our options and strategies. This can be understood through something (un)commonly known as the Tarzan Approach.
Whenever Tarzan is trying to make his way to the other side of the jungle, he grabs his first vine and ultimately realizes it won’t go in an exactly straight line. Then, he will grab different vines, swinging from right or left directions, zig-zagging through the jungle until he gets closer and finally reaches his destination. The original plan or swinging in a straight line towards his goal seemed to make sense in theory but reality determined the path wouldn’t be straight. He had to be flexible and make allow the process to unfold until he reached his goal.
Life is often like that. We have an objective, and whenever we get closer and closer, we recognize that we need to be flexible and forgiving when we get slightly pulled to different sides. That’s why we consider preparation as one of the keystones to success. It would help us evaluate different sceneries before even grabbing the first vine.
