It’s all about giving back
Winter has come to Austin, and Holidays are just around the corner. We all know that Christmas Spirit is not about gifs, there are hundreds of movies that remind us of that, but we always enjoy giving back to the ones we love and, of course, finding the best deals!
Taking a step into a mall to do some Christmas shopping could be a stressful and chaotic experience. But why taking the risk to shop the same expensive and common gifs when you could find unique pieces while supporting local artists and saving money?
How could you do that? The answer is on Christmas Bazaars, a tradition that screams “giving love and sharing” all over the way! :)
This December 2019, there would be lots of seasonal craft markets and art fairs around the city, and we have created a list with the icing of the cake of Austin’s Holiday Bazaars. Get ready to find the perfect presents for your loved ones while supporting small businesses in a hassle-free environment.

German-Texan Christmas Market
When?: December 7 | 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Where?: The German Free School, 507 E. 10th St
German heritage has come town! Although this event feels more like a festival than a bazaar, we wanted to include it in the list since here you will find a huge diversity of authentic German and handcrafted Christmas ornaments, nutcrackers, and decor items.
The best part is that you will not only have the opportunity to buy some rocking gifs, but you can also spend the day listening to traditional German music and tasting some new flavors like Glühwein (hot spiced wine), apple cider, and German baked goods. Visit www.germantexans.org for more details.
Shop local!
