For the urban lover within all of us, this property offers modern luxury, eloquently paired with peace and quiet after tackling a long day at work. You still have all the essentials nearby like Alamo draft house, Whole Foods, the Domain, but nothing beats a little slice of tranquility!
2. Modern Day Andy: $
What I love about this community is the flexibility to choose one of many diverse floor plans to call your own. If you are in the mood of saving big, then check out their “not so small” studios and 1/1’s. If you feel like stepping your game up, then you might want to check out their array of townhouses “townhomes.” These may also include oversized balconies, fenced in yards, washer’s and dryers, laminate wood flooring, stainless appliances and more! Oh, not to mention the prices are a fraction of what they would be in downtown Austin!
