I have heard folks say it looks like a little retro piece of Los Angeles. The wood flooring and all white painted interiors have the property feeling very classic! It is not like the modern giants that stand 5 stories tall that you are seeing pop up everywhere. It’s smaller, it’s quieter. And it’s one of Austin’s cutest communities!

I have to admit; I never thought I’d see this style of property popping up in the hills of Southwest Austin! When you walk in, it feels like a crisp, urban oasis. The community has a movie theater, luxury style pool, interior air-conditioned hallways, and sharp, timeless finishes inside of each apartment. The apartment meshes the feeling of clean sophistication, with the sense of home! What shocks me the most is this community is just a few minutes west of Mopac, tucked away on the hilltops in SW Austin! If you're okay with being a few minutes south of Downtown, this is absolutely a place worth looking into!
5. A Boardwalk Lovers Dream $$$
Boardwalk living just got even better! Located just a few blocks away from Austin’s tranquil Lady Bird Lake aka Town Lake. You will find plenty of quiet picnic spots. Areas for fishing, running, bike riding and of course great parks for your puppy! I truly admire this property not just for the location, but more so because of their attention to the fine details. Naturally, luxury style elevators, not so blank hall ways, beautiful courtyards, and palm tree covered pools giving shade to those in need! Needless to say, that's just the outside of the actual apartment! The interiors are just as gorgeous. They even give you two different style interiors to choose from. 1. A trendy white on white kitchen with thick marble style subway backsplash or 2. a sexy and sleek dark finish out with a backsplash that has almost a retro feel to it. How can one choose between the two? Oh, one more thing... TWO STORY GYM.
