round rock + pflugerville + Georgetown
Neighborhood & Accessibility
Haven't heard of round rock? Well if you haven't, there was a time not too long ago that Money magazine named Round Rock as the seventh-best American small city in which to live. Round Rock, in fact, has been the home to people since the year 9,200 B.C. That is literally the truth. Evidence of inhabitance has been found that date back over 11,000 years ago. Not trying to sound like a brochure, but we just thought that was pretty interesting. Anyways, the town of Round Rock prides its self on the small town feel. Not only are the schools in Round Rock superb, but so is the pride of the town! Round rock sits in-between Cedar Park, Jollyville, Hutto, Pflugerville, and Georgetown. If the thought crosses your mind regarding how far Round Rock is to Downtown Austin, it sits about 18 miles away, which isn’t so bad if you are traveling in the time of day with out too much traffic.
Apartments & Lifestyle
Round Rock Texas is the home of IKEA home furnishings, The Dell Diamond, and also those dang delicious Round Rock Doughnuts! This region is amazing for finding all different types of apartments at relatively reasonable prices. If you are looking to stretch your dollar and don't mind being little further north, this could be your spot! If you are okay with carpeting and cream appliances and are looking to save big bucks or you are after the stainless upgrades and rainfall type shower heads, this could be a fantastic area to consider!
